We have made some much needed changes to our Help-Desk website. These changes include some new features and some significant design changes. The website also now has a mobile view, so mobile users will be able to see the screen fully as it will automatically adjust in size for your device’s screen.
Any support tickets previously created will still be available, and we’re not harmed within this process.
